  1. Q: Do the wallpacks have conduit entrances?
    A: Yes, the 175W and 400W wallpacks have top, left and right side ½" conduit entrances.

  2. Q: Can the wallpacks be mounted directly to a junction box?
    A: Yes, all wallpacks up to and including 175W sizes can be mounted directly to a 3 ½" or 4" octagonal box.

  3. Q: How is the forward throw reflector adjusted?
    A: The reflector is held in place by two hex-head screws that provide adjustment. Refer to GE instruction sheet for easy step-by-step procedure.

  4. Q: Can switched quartz be added in the field?
    A: Yes, EZAddTM switched quartz is a one step upgrade (or replacement) item on the 250W and 400W wallpack luminaires.

  5. Q: Is the button PE field installable?
    A: GE recommends that PE equipped units be ordered as such from the factory.

  6. Q: Will the wallpack luminaire accept full-size or reduced envelope (compact) lamps?
    A: All criterion luminaires are designed to accept reduced envelope lamps.

  7. Q: Is the starter aid/ignitor easily replaceable?
    A: Yes, the housing features tool-less entry and the starter aid (ignitor) replacement is a one step EZAddTM replaceable component.

  8. Q: Is the wallpack luminaire access door easily removable?
    A: Yes, it is a simple process. Please see the instruction sheet for details.
