  1. Q: Are button PE controls available for the Area luminaire?
    A: Our standard PE offering is full sized twistlock PE in the area luminaire.

  2. Q: Are the Criterion luminaire reflectors rotatable?
    A: Yes, the vertical lamp luminaires feature 270-degree rotatability. The horizontal lamp luminaires are fully rotatable.

  3. Q: Area the are luminaires serviced from the top or bottom?
    A: The vertical lamp luminaires are serviced through the tool-less opening top cover. The horizontal lamp luminaires are serviced through the tool-less opening bottom cover.

  4. Q: How are the lamps replaced in the vertically lamped luminaires if it features top access?
    A: The design includes a tool-less socket assembly that is removable through the top of the reflector

  5. Q: Will the area luminaire accept full-size or reduced envelope (compact) lamps?
    A: All criterion luminaires are designed to accept reduced envelope lamps.

  6. Q: Is the starter aid/ignitor easily replaceable?
    A: Yes, the housing features tool-less entry and the starter aid (ignitor) replacement is a one step EZAddÔ replaceable component.

  7. Q: Can switched quartz be added in the field?
    A: Yes, EZAdd switched quartz is a one-step upgrade (or replaceable) item. Additionally, the reflector is pre-punched to accept the quartz socket assembly.

  8. Q: Is the Criterion luminaire mounting hole pattern the same as the typical GE mounting hole pattern?
    A: Yes.

  9. Q: Is the Area luminaire access door easily removable?
    A: Yes, it is a simple process. Please see the instruction sheet for details.

  10. Q: Is a terminal board available in the Area luminaire?
    A: Yes, it is a standard feature.
